    Due to the handmade made to order nature of most of our products, returns are not accepted. However, our goal is that you are very happy with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please keep in mind that all products are handmade, and imperfections are natural.
