  • Shipping policy

    All candles are poured to order, with a processing time of 4 - 6 weeks. In the event of an influx or orders, there may be delays. If your order will take more than 6 weeks, and it's not disclosed on the product listing, we will email you. Shipping time varies depending on USPS shipping times.

    If you would like to place a rush order, please fill out our contact form, and we will be in touch. 

    CTOAN Co ships to Canada. Canadian orders are not eligible for free shipping offers. Please order well in advance to avoid any international shipping delays. December 25th arrival time not guaranteed for Canadian orders.

    Rush orders are subject to a fee of $20 for orders under $100, and $35 for orders over $100.

    Please note that if your order is undeliverable due to a incorrect address, you'll be responsible to pay for shipping to reship the order or the order will be refunded.
