Black Joy Thighs of Thunder

CTOAN’s fourth annual Black Joy collection honors our resilience with a sunrise theme. The brilliant colors that fill our morning sky serve as a daily reminder that there's light at the end of the tunnel, that hope isn't for naught, and joy is critical to our survival. Even in dark times, the sun will rise again.

$2 from every Black Joy candle sold will be donated to the Black Youth Healing Arts Center in the Twin Cities, which provides trauma informed culturally grounded healing and arts-based programming.

All candles have a processing time of up to 4 weeks. Imperfections, air pockets and differentiations are natural and EXPECTED, simply adding to the beauty of handmade art. Use a fire proof bowl when burning as the candle will drip. Burning instructions here.
